AeroVenture is seeking professional, enthusiastic Certificated Flight Instructors who believe that flight instruction is about more than building hours. We are looking for educators who are committed to developing safe, skilled aviators while providing an exceptional client experience.
Our instructors enjoy well-maintained aircraft, engaged students, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team environment focused on mentorship and excellence.
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold a current FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI)
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Enjoy teaching and mentoring aviators of all experience levels
- Be committed to safety and continuous learning
- Take pride in representing one of the nation’s most recognized flight training organizations
Application Requirements
Please submit the following:
- A current résumé.
- A brief cover letter introducing yourself and explaining why you’d like to join AeroVenture.
- A teaching video (10 minutes or less) presenting a topic that every private pilot should understand. Choose any subject you feel demonstrates your ability to explain aviation concepts clearly and effectively. We’re less interested in the topic itself than in seeing how you teach.
